Event programme
This session will provide information on job opportunities in healthcare in the Netherlands, about a further, in-depth introduction programme for internationals, and about the options for people with and without experience in the sector, respectively. The programme includes:
· Introduction to the regional healthcare sector
· Recognition of diplomas and BIG register
· Information about the in-depth ‘Orientation Programme Healthcare and Social Care’ for internationals (this is a part-time programme that introduces the Dutch healthcare sector and network to internationals both with and without a medical background. The programme takes place in Dutch, level B2 is required.)
· Options for learning Dutch
· Q & A with experts.
The event is organised by IN Amsterdam and Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA), Sigra, Transferpunt Zorg (House of Skills), ROCvA and VWS in cooperation with the Regional Work Centre RWC Groot-Amsterdam.
